I am so pleased to bring you the wedding of Tishan and AJ!
When I first met these two, it was for their engagement session, and from the moment we said hello, I could just tell that these two adore one another. Tishan and AJ were married on the outside deck at Pappagallos and then danced the night away for their reception. I’d say the most precious moment was during the ceremony when AJ not only said his vows to Tishan, but to Tishan’s beautiful daughter. I think it had everyone with tears in their eyes, including myself! There wasn’t a dry eye to been seen!

What photography related advice would you offer the camera shy?
Choose Jenna! She knows just how to advise you on how to post and is extremely easy-going. Completely removes any anxious or shy feels you may have initially had.
What advice would you offer couples planning their wedding?
Definitely use a year or more to plan and save. Do engagement photos as you get engaged in case you may want to use on ‘save the dates’ or invitations. Try to keep your wedding guest list limited to those who truly matter.
Did you do a first look? Why or why not?
No, wanted to keep it traditional.
What made you choose your venue?
It fit our wooden rustic theme perfectly.
The Dress. Tell me about your experience choosing it! Where did you find it, how did you choose it and how many did you try on before you found the one?
I always had an idea of what dress would suit me and obviously knew what I didn’t want. Kenzie reached out to me and brought my vision to life. I only get “dress shopping” once before I gave up. I tried on 6 dresses.
What specific moment will you hold onto forever?
Seeing my husband-to-be cry for the first time, as I walked down the aisle. Also, the emotions I felt pre- and during the ceremony, as if I got something right.
How would you describe your overall wedding experience?
Simply perfect. Everything looked and felt beautiful, even the few flaws that occurred.
How was your experience taking photos with Jenna on your wedding day?
A-ma-zing! Absolutely perfect. Jenna went above and beyond to get the shots. She is so easy to work with, you forget you’re doing business with her. HIGHLY recommended!
